What counts toward the 200 users?
Everyone on your People list, leaders and volunteers, with or without an email address. Volunteers don’t pay anything. Your church has one subscription.
What happens when we reach 200?
You’ll be asked to remove someone who no longer serves before adding more. Need more than 200 people? Email support@node78.com.
Does it handle songs and chord charts?
Worship sets, yes: song titles, keys, lengths and who’s singing each one. Chord charts, lyrics and a song library, no. Ministry Order is for planning services and scheduling volunteers.
Do volunteers need a computer?
No. Volunteers use the iPhone or Android app to see their schedule, accept or decline, and set dates they’re away. Leaders can plan on the web or in the app.
Does it do giving, check-in or membership records?
No. It covers service planning and volunteer scheduling. If you rely on giving, check-in or a member database, you’ll want a tool for those alongside it.
How does the free trial work?
30 days free. A payment method is collected when you sign up and nothing is charged during the trial. After 30 days it’s $20 per month, renewing monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, online, from your dashboard.
